Challenge

- Brand’s Meta ads were dependent only on catalogue campaigns

- Old creatives failed, so agency relied on broad catalogue ads

- Catalogue ads mixed categories (e.g., sarees with co-ord sets), lowering relevance

- Result: weak ROAS (1.2), high RTO & cancellations (~30%)


Our Approach

- Fixed catalogues → built collection-wise & category-wise feeds

- Produced 20+ UGC videos and 100+ static creatives/carousels

- Tested 40+ ad variants weekly, aggressively iterating to find hero creatives

- Used hero creatives in retargeting + lookalikes, layered on prospecting learnings

- Tightened targeting → reduced audience overlap & mismatched placements


Results

- Meta ROAS improved from 1.2 → 3.5 in just 7 weeks

- RTO & cancellations reduced from 30% → 10%, driving more genuine orders
